Having formed since 1971 and over the past 50 years, the concept and practice of “Lifelong Learning” (LL) has affirmed its important influence in human and social development in the context of globalisation.
VLL is a leading institute of education & advisory that focuses on learning-by-practice through Lifelong Learning. It is to fulfil my true lifelong purposes: being who I am born & shaped; doing what I am fated to do as an authentic identity; being a helpful member in my family, a trusted leader in any organisation where I have worked. My lifelong unchangeable goal is to be a dedicated contributor so that I can give & share personal values, passion on top of knowledge, experience, skills, leadership abilities… that I acquired while working in the international & local corporations in Vietnam & other countries.
At this stage of my life, becoming a member of VLL Institute is not only a mean of operating a professional educational institution that is specialized in education, coaching & advisory that is embodied & harmonised international, local, good & fit practices; academic & professional business standards. Above all, it is for me to continue to validate the aforesaid life philosophy by entering into the final gate & vital destination of life: “to return” to Vietnamese young generations and organisations what I luckily acquired & learned in my whole career & personal life”.
